TEAM is a fully cloud-based system allowing client institutions access to their FSA data and processing 24/7/365 from anywhere with internet service. Designed alongside experienced financial aid professionals, it supports the work as it happens, with tools that make details easier to find and decisions easier to make. It reduces the turnaround time on your awards, using today's state of the art technology. TEAM includes advanced security login roles to ensure appropriate permissions are granted to each staff member. GEMCOR's TEAM software joins the best technical support team in the country, giving you effortless administration of your Title IV funds. TEAM is customized based on ED regulations and institutional profiles with built-in edits and formulas that ensure accurate award determinations and disbursement scheduling.
Using the TEAM approach to award processing is simple and efficient. Your electronic ISIR files are imported into the database; After selecting a student to award, simply enter the program length, cost, and start date. Your electronic award requests can be transmitted to GEMCOR electronically. TEAM Software gives schools a centralized way to manage financial aid information, reduce manual effort, and stay focused on students. The TEAM Software is free to all GEMCOR clients.
